A little bit about me: A little bit about me: I was born and raised in California, and health and fitness have always been a big part of my life. I’m a bit of a gym rat, but I also love spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, mountain biking, rollerblading, taking nature walks, or simply exploring new places.

I’m also a huge football fan, especially when it comes to the San Francisco 49ers. They won the Super Bowl on the day I was born, so I like to say I was born to be a 49ers fan!

When I’m not staying active, you’ll usually find me watching a true crime series, a History Channel documentary, or a sci-fi or Marvel movie. I enjoy listening to music and catching the occasional rock concert, and I also love wine tasting, traveling, and cruising. My all-time favorite sci-fi movie is Interstellar, and my favorite place to visit any time of year is Lake Tahoe, California.

Most importantly, my friends and family mean everything to me. Their love and support have shaped who I am, and I’m incredibly grateful to have them in my life.
