At PIIB, we are committed to providing our affiliates with the highest profit-sharing percentage in the industry. We distribute 90% of contingency profits to our affiliates, ensuring an immediate return on their investment.

With our unique calculation method, affiliates are paid from the very first dollar of written premium. This enables our affiliates to budget for contingency year after year, helping to reduce volatility with our approach.

We provide each agency with a personalized report detailing their written premium, loss ratios, and payments received, broken down by carrier. Agencies have one month to review our calculations before they are finalized.

PIIB provides ongoing updates on profit-sharing information by carrier throughout the year, ensuring that our affiliates are consistently informed about our collective standing as a group.
