Direct appointments with an outstanding group of insurance companies. You have direct access to your underwriters and in most cases your own agency
code established with the companies. Your mail and your accounting stays
between you and the company.
Dramatically increased profit sharing revenues. Most members receive enough
increase in profit sharing payments to more than offset the annual fees.
With some markets direct commissions are also higher because of the high
combined volume. PIIB enjoys very low average 5-year loss ratios with our
markets.
Agency support for principal illness or vacation is available if you don't
have backup to run your agency when you are away.
Carrier volume requirements are more easily met when volumes are pooled. Once a carrier sees that PIIB is a group of agents that work together to
satisfy growth and profit needs they embrace the value PIIB brings to them.
You keep 100% of your commissions. PIIB's cost structure is an initiation
fee, a flat monthly fee and 10% of the pooled profit sharing. No part of
your direct commissions is shared with PIIB.
The annual trade show and an annual Awards luncheon facilitate member/carrier
communication and recognition.
